Legal Counsel / Associate – Investment & Corporate Advisory
A leading investment-focused organisation is looking to appoint a Legal Associate / Counsel to support regional transactional, investment, and corporate advisory matters across Asia. This is an excellent opportunity for lawyers seeking exposure to high-value investments, cross-border transactions, and strategic commercial work within a fast-paced international environment.
Responsibilities- Advise on investment, M&A, financing, and corporate transactions across the region
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and transaction documents
- Support legal and regulatory matters relating to investment structures, funds, and financial services activities
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders on strategic business initiatives and expansion projects
- Liaise with external counsel, regulators, and internal compliance/risk teams where required
