What You'll do

A vacancy is available for the duration of the main employee's maternity leave.

Your key responsibilities:

General Legal Support: Provide legal advice and support to the Hilti entity in Kazakhstan, in line with Hilti Group requirements, including:

Commercial and corporate legal matters such as customer contracts, agreement with business partners and dealers / resellers, including project contracts – which is a key growth segment in Kazakhstan.
 Advise sales office Kazakhstan on sourcing and other contractual aspects, including handling of legal relations with suppliers and service providers.
 Act as the legal business partner, advising and assisting sales in commercial negotiations and projects
 Offer legal advice and support on product liability topics – including assisting in handling customer complaints and product recalls.
