About the Role
- Assist in providing legal services and monitoring of regulatory developments/updates and keeping the entities concerned well informed.
- Assist the Corporate Secretary in terms of managing the meetings and preparation of the minutes of the various management committees, Board and Committee meetings as well as act as Asst. Corporate Secretary for the Medicard and affiliates.
