Legal Consultant - M&A

We are currently on the lookout for Legal Consultants with M&A experience to join our ranks and support our global Fortune 500 client.

• Provide legal and regulatory advice on cross-border transactions and ensure activities comply with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies.
• Lead and support mergers and acquisitions, investments, joint ventures and other corporate transactions, including legal due diligence, drafting, negotiation and execution of transaction documents.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial and technology agreements.
• Support on fintech and technology-related matters including data protection and manage external counsel where specialist advice is required.

• Circa 3 years PQE experienced in advising or supporting M&A transactions.
