Legal Consultant - GMSLA

We are currently on the lookout forlegal consultantswith strong GMSLA experience to join our ranks and support our Fortune 500 financial service client:

• Draft, review, and negotiate GMSLAs and related trading / collateral documents.
• Support front office and operations on legal and commercial issues in securities lending.
• Work with risk, compliance, and external counsel to ensure documents meet regulatory and internal standards.
• Help maintain template agreements and playbooks to improve consistency and speed of negotiations.

• Strong hands‑on experience inGMSLA negotiation and documentation (qualified or non‑qualified negotiator).
• Good understanding of securities lending and collateral / margin mechanics.
• Minimum of 3 years’ PQE in GMSLA, or equivalent experience as a highly experienced GMSLA negotiator may also be considered.
