Legal Claims - Transportation

**TS Trucking** is a top-tier transportation company with owned assets and nationwide presence across Mexico, providing the best logistics solutions. Over time, it has transformed into a growing transportation provider.
We are currently seeking a** Senior Claims Handler** with experience in heavy equipment to join our team in **Querétaro**. This role will work in a dynamic environment and closely collaborate with the Claims department.
Shift: Monday to Saturday 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage end-to-end claims administration, including documentation collection, file creation, evidence review, and follow-up with all involved parties.
- Coordinate remotely with field teams, drivers, supervisors, and external adjusters to ensure proper incident handling and accurate information flow.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with insurance companies, expediting claim evaluations, negotiating settlements, and ensuring compliance with policy guidelines.
