    • Our client a top 200 Law firm based in Southampton seek a Legal Assistant to join their Personal Injury Team. The Personal Injury Team work on high value, complex claims representing both adults and children.


    Core Duties will include:

  • Administrative duties such as transcribing dictation, digital filing, hard copy filing (limited amounts), drafting letters, such as informing clients of dates and hearings, photocopying and scanning

  • Prepare and assist with engagement letters

  • Assist with file opening and billing.

  • Act as initial filer re enquiries.

  • Assist with printing, creating documents and sending letters and other administrative tasks
