Legal Assistant B2+ (On site) – Bogotá, Colombia

Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:00AM–4:00PM CST

We are seeking Paralegals to support a high‑volume Chapter13 practice. This role is adecuado for lawyers with strong financial or banking experience, excellent customer‑service skills, and solid Excel proficiency. Prior bankruptcy experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to collect required documentation such as pay stubs, tax returns, and bank statements.
• Review, redact, organize, and prepare client documents for court filings.
• Perform income analyses and financial calculations using Microsoft Excel to support bankruptcy plan development.
• Prepare bankruptcy‑related pleadings and filings, including affidavits, motions, objections, and trustee correspondence.
