Litigation Assistant - Insurance Defence

Location: Downtown Toronto

Job Type: Permanent Hybrid (alternating 3 days remote/2 days in office, then 3 days in office and 2 days remote)

Our client, a highly regarded law firm located in the core of downtown Toronto, is in need of an Intermediate Litigation Assistant to join its team. In this role you will be working predominantly in the area of insurance defence litigation. The successful candidate will possess 4+ years of litigation experience with some exposure to an insurance defence litigation practice. Robust communication skills both written and verbal along with knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure are required.
