Lecturer/Senior Lecturer (Social Work)

In this role you will develop and deliver continuing adult education and upskilling programmes for in‑service practitioners in the social service and healthcare sectors. You will also teach and guide pre‑employment learners and develop future social work associates, programme executives and care staff. You must be passionate about teaching, creative in developing a hybrid curriculum that uses both in‑person and digital modes, and actively involved in industry engagement, marketing of upskilling programmes, and supporting overseas exchange. A lecturer must be versatile in public speaking in large and small group settings, understand the business needs in the social service sector and feel comfortable exploring emerging trends and technology.
