is responsible for delivering high-quality teaching in assigned foundation subjects (principles of marketing, management, etc.,), while fostering an engaging and supportive learning environment. The role involves facilitating student learning, monitoring academic progress, providing mentoring and academic support, conducting assessments, and maintaining accurate academic records. The lecturer will collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall student experience and contribute to initiatives that promote student engagement, retention, and academic success.
