Lecturer in Property Maintenance and Brickwork

We are currently seeking a motivated and focused Lecturer in Property Maintenance and Brickwork to join our Apprenticeship and Work-based learning Team.

This role is ideal for someone with experience of delivering apprenticeship standards within Further Education or who has recent, relevant industry experience in the construction sector and is passionate about developing the next generation of skilled tradespeople.

Joining us on a permanent basis, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning to apprentices, helping them develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to succeed both in the workplace and at End-Point Assessment (EPA). Using a range of engaging and innovative teaching strategies, you will inspire apprentices to achieve their full potential while ensuring learning is relevant to current industry practices and employer expectations.
