Lecturer in Jewish Studies

The Department of Religion and Theology is seeking a dynamic and qualified Lecturer in Jewish Studies to cover a maternity leave position. Thisis a fixed term 0.7FTE roleThisis a fixed term 0.7FTE role starting on 1 Sept. 2026 through to 31st of May 2027 or the return of the current post holder.

The successful candidate will provide teaching in Jewish Studiesand Philosophy of Religionalong with provision of related administrative support in the Department of Religion and Theology. The successful candidate will teach widely within the department’s undergraduate units and will also supervise undergraduate dissertations and undertake other teaching and administrative duties asappropriate.
