Lecturer in Education

Leeds Trinity University is seeking to appoint a Lecturer in Education to contribute to Initial Teacher Education across primary and secondary undergraduate and postgraduate provision. Based in the School of Education and Childhood, you will lead and deliver modules, develop and assess learning, supervise projects, dissertations and placements, provide academic and personal tutoring, and contribute to programme development, quality assurance, recruitment and student retention. You will also support teacher training delivered through university and lead-partner routes to qualified teacher status, including work within the primary partnership.

We are looking for a colleague with strong, current knowledge of education, teacher development and school-based training, supported by a relevant postgraduate qualification or equivalent professional experience.
