Purpose of role: The Tender and Leasing Director is responsible for the design and delivery of all tender and leasing activity across Marine sectors, with particular focus on shaping and delivering the mechanisms through which The Crown Estate brings forward marine opportunities, including nationally significant offshore wind programmes that support the UK’s transition to net zero and create long-term value from the seabed.

Reporting to the Commercial Delivery and Programmes Senior Director, the role leads the end-to-end development and execution of complex tender and leasing programmes across the Marine sectors and leads our approach to bilateral leasing.
