Leasing Paralegal (Govt Clients)

Our client, a leading national law firm, is seeking a skilled Leasing Paralegal to join their high-performing Property team in Sydney, where the focus will be managing your own portfolio of Leasing matters for NSW Government clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a career Paralegal with a passion for leasing and property management to step into a fast-paced, progressive environment with real career progression on offer.

In this role, you'll manage your own high-volume portfolio of leasing matters, working directly with major REITs, infrastructure owners, super funds, and government bodies on a range of commercial and retail property projects.

To be considered, you must bring at least 2–3 years of specific leasing experience in a law firm or in-house environment. Strong working knowledge of the Retail Leases Act 1994 and experience with PEXA are essential.
