Leasing & Marketing Specialist — Growth & Renewal

Greystar is seeking a proactive Leasing Associate to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction. You will perform all leasing activities and ensure a smooth resident experience from application to move-in.

Responsibilities include tours, applications, credit checks, lease packages, and coordinating with maintenance and marketing. Strong communication and multitasking are essential for success in this role.
