Leasing Manager (Retail)

About the role: Reports to the Centre Manager with specific responsibilities for the leasing, marketing and lease management activities of the shopping mall including implementing strategies to maximize rental and occupancy within the shopping mall. Responsibilities include: Support in planning and implementing the tenancy mix in a retail mall. Involved in formulating, developing and implementing marketing strategies. Support Retail Leasing Team on planning, establishing and maintaining good landlord-tenant relationship. General administration of all lease documentation Serving any contractual notice required in relation to tenancy expiration upon instruction by Landlords. Assisting with the delivery of possession to new tenants and arrange collection and refund of security deposit as mentioned under Tenancy Agreement.
