About the role
As our Leasing Coordinator, you will support the local Leasing team on general and leasing related administrative duties. You will also manage the system on behalf of the team.
Key responsibilities
- Team Support: Support team with documentation, meeting coordination, and internal processes to facilitate the Leasing & Remerchandising of Bicester Village
- Updating & maintenance of Value Retail internal systems
- Coordinate & schedule Remerchandising team meetings
- Provide executive assistance to the Remerchandising Director
- Organise external / brand meetings, including scheduling, meeting rooms, refreshments, travel to Village, minute taking
- Organise travel of the team where necessary
- Track the agreed Team Cost Variance Budget and assure no over spend Leasing Support
