The Leasing Consultant plays an important role in shaping the first impression of the community and helping future residents find a home that fits their needs. This role is highly people-focused, combining sales, service, and relationship-building to create a welcoming, informative, and engaging leasing experience.

As part of the on-site team, the Leasing Consultant helps bring the community to life by showcasing suites, amenities, and services in a way that is thoughtful and tailored to each prospective resident. This role is suited to someone who is polished, proactive, and comfortable balancing a warm customer experience with leasing goals, follow-through, and attention to detail.

This role is based at ROQ City, a new rental community at Queen Street East and Ontario Street in downtown Toronto’s Moss Park area - close to the Queen East corridor, the Distillery District, Corktown and the downtown core.
