We are looking for a Leasing Agent for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a growing property management company located in Spokane Valley.
Responsibilities:
+ Conduct apartment tours and showcase property amenities to prospective residents.
+ Respond to phone, email, and walk-in leasing inquiries in a timely manner.
+ Assist applicants through the leasing process, including applications and lease documentation.
+ Follow up with prospects to increase occupancy and lease conversions.
+ Prepare lease renewals and support resident retention efforts.
+ Maintain accurate records within property management software and resident files.
+ Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.
