Are you seeking an amazing opportunity to lead a new luxury apartment community? AMLI Residential is looking to hire an experienced Property at AMLI Aero. This new community is located in San Diego's Kearny neighborhood.
AMLI Aero will be a 430-unit mid-rise apartment community that is scheduled to pre-lease in March 2025.
As the Property Manager, you will develop strategic goals and facilitate the property's performance in all areas, human resources, marketing, leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, revenue enhancement, capital improvements, information reporting, and compliance with all applicable laws and company policies. - Operate financially within the approved proforma and operations budget without constant AVP oversight.
- Participate in the development of the overall lease-up strategy,
