Job Title Lease Operator II Compensation $39.50/hr Agency Supplied Vehicle Location Permian – Big Lake, TX 76932 Schedule Days – 9 on / 5 off Target Start Date ASAP Overview The Lease Operator II is responsible for the safe operation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of oil, gas, and water production facilities.

This is a hands-on field operations role supporting both existing production and new facility startups.

Operators will work independently, monitor production through SCADA and field inspections, troubleshoot alarms and equipment issues, and ensure facilities operate safely and efficiently while maintaining production targets.
