Were looking for a compassionate and motivated Learning Support Practitioner to join our Prison Education team. This is a rewarding opportunity to support learners with additional learning needs, helping them overcome barriers, build confidence, and achieve their potential.

Working alongside tutors and education staff, youll play an essential role in ensuring all learners receive tailored support to succeed in their studies and beyond.

Learner Support & Engagement

• Build positive relationships with learners to understand their needs and support their learning journey
• Provide tailored, in-class or one-to-one support for learners with additional learning needs (ALN), including disabilities
