About the Role
Teaching Personnel is seeking dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistants to work within Secondary Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools across the Totton area. This is a rewarding opportunity to support students with a range of additional needs, helping them to access education and reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN
Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
