As Learning Services Analyst, you will design and produce interactive, engaging, and effective digital learning experiences that teach our employees how to use Ingredion technologies, manufacturing standards & certifications awareness around the world. You will be responsible to manage our LMS (Learning Management System) and troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for our colleagues in Brazil.

Core Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging e-learning content with varying levels of interactivity.
• Users support, managing and solving Learning service tickets efficiently.
