Learning Project Analyst

Position Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end learning projects that support Customer Experience teams
• Build and manage project plans, timelines, risks, and deliverables
• Turn business data and performance insights into effective learning strategies
• Partner with learning teams and business stakeholders to design impactful solutions
• Measure success through participation, skill development, behavior change, and performance outcomes
• Analyze trends, skill gaps, and feedback to continuously improve learning programs
• Use dashboards and reporting to bring data to life and support decision‑making
• Guide teams through change while balancing priorities across multiple initiatives

Qualifications
