Role Overview

Reporting to the Manager, Talent Management, the Learning Management System (LMS) Lead is the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for People Central Learning (PCL), Teck's SAP SuccessFactors learning platform. In this role, you will set the standards for how the platform is used, provide guidance and governance, and lead a global community of administrators across our operating sites and business functions.

Taking a consultative approach, you will partner with teams across Teck to deliver corporate training through the LMS, advising program owners on best practices, adult learning principles, and effective digital training design.
