Learning Management System Administrator

**POSITION SUMMARY:**

Partners with the Training office team, Project Management office and others to create a curriculum and coordinate all logistics of training, registration, testing, evaluation, reporting.

Administer, configure, and maintain the LMS; safeguard data integrity; build automated reporting; document configuration; establish self-service governance. Provides LMS support alongside the operational team to keep ticket resolution within SLA.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:**

+ Four (4) year college degree preferably in computer science, instructional design/learning technology, education or other computer related degree.
