Learning & Development Specialist — Onboarding & Programs

The Hour Glass in Singapore is seeking a proactive Learning & Development Executive to support learning initiatives. You will work closely with the Assistant L&D Manager to coordinate onboarding, training programs, and THG Academy administration.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma or Degree in HR or Hospitality, with 1–2 years of relevant experience. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential to thrive in this fast-paced environment.
