Learning & Development Specialist

I am delighted to be partnering with a Leeds based business on the recruitment of a Learning and Development Specialist.
The Learning & Development Specialist will support the design, coordination and delivery of thepanies learning and development programme. Working closely with the L&D Business Partner, the role will focus on embedding and scaling core programmes across people management, early careers, business skills and team effectiveness. The role will play a key part in ensuring learning is practical, accessible and aligned to the firm’s strategic priorities.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Programme Delivery & Facilitation
• Deliver management, business skills and early careers training sessions.
• Support the delivery of core people management programmes and professional skills development.
• Adapt and tailor content to meet the needs of different audiences across the firm.
