Responsibilities
Identify training needs through stakeholder discussions, performance data, and learning assessments. Design, develop, and coordinate learning programs aligned with business objectives. Manage end-to-end learning administration, including training calendars, nominations, attendance, and evaluations. Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and business impact measures. Support leadership development, behavioral skills, compliance training, and technical learning initiatives. Maintain learning records, certifications, and competency matrices.Configure and administer the Workday Learning module. Create and manage learning content, courses, curricula, learning paths, and certifications. Assign and track mandatory and developmental learning programs. Generate dashboards and reports related to learning completion, compliance, and learner analytics.
