JOB DESCRIPTION:
Accountable for the Learning and Development Administrative Task. The intern may be required to perform duties not specifically listed in this description, and the organization reserves the right to modify and assign new tasks and responsibilities based on business requirements.
Required Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Skills and knowledge in handling an LMS access.
Ability to be flexible and adaptable when dealing with change.
Facilitation and presentation experience, comfortable presenting in front of large and small audiences.
Provide technical assistance in using the LMS.
Proficient in MS Office software and other online learning aid
Able to maintain a good rapport between teams, stakeholders and learners.
