External: Training vendors, consultants, partners

Position Profile: Based in: Singapore (Yishun & Tuas), required to commute between Yishun and Tuas offices to support operational needs

Successful candidate will: The Learning & Development Executive supports the design, coordination, and delivery of organisational learning and talent development initiatives. This role identifies learning needs aligned to business requirements, collaborates with stakeholders to develop training programmes, and evaluates effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement. The role also supports talent assessment and high-potential programmes, contributing to succession planning and overall organisational capability development.
