Learning & Development Coordinator (Part Time)

**About the Role**:
Are you passionate about learning and development and eager to gain hands-on experience in a global organization? At Elopak, we’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Learning and Development Coordinator to join our team in a part-time role, averaging approximately two working days per week. This is a unique opportunity to work in an international environment, collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, and contribute to meaningful learning experiences across the company.
The position is based at our office in Skøyen, Oslo.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Support and Coordination of Learning Initiatives
- Assist in planning and coordinating learning programs such as leadership development,
product training, and compliance courses.
- Handle logistics, communication, and stakeholder coordination.
- Update existing e-learning content using authoring tools such as Articulate Rise or Storyline.
