Learning Center Events & Logistics Intern

Rohde & Schwarz (China) Technology Co., Ltd. Learning Center is seeking an Events Coordinator to manage room allocations and hybrid meeting setups.

You will prepare training rooms, set up AV equipment, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and ensure high-quality service for clients and participants. The role includes coordinating with vendors for catering and transport, assisting hotel bookings, visas, and travel logistics, and maintaining facility standards.
