A rare opportunity for an outstanding Primary Learning Assistant to join our successful team at International College Spain.

The Primary Learning Assistant supports teaching and learning in the classroom, helping students to achieve their potential in a positive, inclusive, and nurturing environment. Working closely with teachers, they provide support to individuals and small groups while promoting student wellbeing, confidence, and independence.

Candidates need to be enthusiastic about working in an international school setting. Experience teaching is desirable but not essential. We are looking for a native or fluent English speaker who is passionate about international education, creative in their thinking, and a lifelong learner.

While the ability to speak Spanish is not required to work at International College Spain, we provide free Spanish lessons to all staff who would like to learn.
