Learning Analytics & Training Data Analyst

A.F.Ferguson & Co is seeking a Learning and Education Data Analyst to design and enable innovative training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. This role involves managing and analyzing training data using Excel and developing reports and dashboards in Power BI.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply. The position is based in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.
