Lean Production Engineer – Powder Coating & OEE

Axalta in Ras Al Khaimah seeks a qualified production engineer to oversee and improve factory processes. You will apply LEAN tools to maximize efficiency, lead maintenance planning, and drive continuous improvement with OEE, 5S, and VSM techniques.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering, 4–5 years in powder coating, and strong English communication. Proficiency in MS Excel/Access is preferred.
