Lean Manufacturing Engineer

As Engineer of MSH/MSB Lean Manufacturing, you will manage the implementation of Lean transformation methodologies and tools across High Bandwidth Memory (HBM), Component Assembly and Test, and SSD operations. You will collaborate closely with site functional teams to identify, explore and implement lean methodologies/tools to uncover step-change areas of improvement in throughput, labor productivity, yield and cycle time performance.

• Facilitate continuous improvement event across different functional team (Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping - VSM, Project, Workshop, etc)
• Develop continuous program and system for lean culture sustainability
• Collaborate with functional experts in identifying area of improvement through application of lean methodology and tools.
