We are seeking a proactive Leading Hand to lead a small team delivering cyclic and first response maintenance on the state highway network for the IDC contract with NZTA in the Northland region.

As our Leading Hand based in Kaitaia , you’ll coordinate and inspire a dedicated team responsible for both routine and cyclic maintenance as well as reactive tasks. Working across a roster, this small team operates on a rotating shift basis to respond quickly to incidents and urgent issues on the network.
