About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Access and Flow Manager, the Leader Patient Flow Operations is responsible for nursing administration and the coordination of safe, efficient patient care services within the facility.

Key responsibilities include ensuring staffing levels are adequate to meet patient census and supervising nursing staff, as well as coordinating all hospital and bed utilization activities in the absence of hospital administration.
