Responsibilities

• Lead an engaged and experienced team of salaried employees towards delivery of critical parts supporting our aircraft in service, assembly lines, manufacturing sites and external customers
• Assume all HR responsibilities of the team, including the relationship with Tech Mahindra and their team supporting our activities
• Ensure the conformity of logistics and procurement processes as well as employee training in alignment with Bombardier’s Quality System
