Lead Workshop Supervisor – Heavy Equipment & Team Mentor

KAD Construction LLC. is seeking a Workshop Supervisor in Abu Dhabi to lead and guide a team of mechanics. The ideal candidate will diagnose hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical issues while overseeing daily activities and maintenance operations.

The position requires a minimum of 12-15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role. A UAE driving license and a diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering are preferred.
