About the Role
As a Lead Wireless Hardware Engineer, you will be part of the Wireless Hardware team based in Malaysia, working in a global project environment to deliver RF and antenna solutions for next‑generation connected consumer products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead RF design, RF EMC, and wireless integration activities across product categories.
- Drive resolution of complex RF issues and ensure high‑quality, robust hardware delivery.
- Serve as the subject‑matter expert in RF design, antenna development, RF EMC, and wireless system integration.
- Design and optimise integrated antenna and RF hardware for constrained product environments.
- Perform EM simulation (e.g., ANSYS HFSS or equivalent) to develop optimal antenna solutions.
- Conduct RF system, circuit, and antenna‑level testing and validation.
- Drive adoption of new technologies, components, and suppliers.
