Lead Valuations Coordinator

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Valuations Coordinator

**In this role, you will:**

+ Lead valuation reviews to confirm appropriate content and compliance with federal, regulatory and bank policy
+ Support performance and overall effectiveness of team, as well as cross-group or administrative operations; proactively provides feedback and presents ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools with functional area impact
+ Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools within Valuations
+ Assign reviews according to due dates and rush requests
+ Monitor daily, monthly and quarterly production reports and assist with on-boarding and training
+ Perform or guide others on complex, tasks or initiatives that require planning, evaluation, and interpretation of customer-centric tasks
