Responsibilities
- Define and own the UX and design vision, standards, design system and processes across digital products and platforms.
- Lead, mentor and develop a blended team of internal designers and external design / agency partners, managing workload and quality across both.
- Manage external design partners / agencies. Defining scope and SLAs, onboarding, quality oversight and commercial performance – integrated with the internal team.
- Drive end-to-end product design: discovery, user research, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping and high-fidelity UI.
- Establish and maintain a scalable design system and UI component library to ensure consistency and speed to market.
- Champion user-centred design and accessibility (WCAG) across the product lifecycle.
- Leverage AI / GenAI to make design better and faster. Inc. AI-assisted ideation, rapid prototyping, generative UI, and research / content synthesis....
