Lead UI Developer (Angular)

**This position follows a hybrid work model, with an expectation to be in the office 3 days per week at the St. Petersburg, FL Corporate Office location.**

**Responsibilities**

+ Lead the architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of enterprise-scale Angular applications.
+ Drive technical decision-making and establish front-end development standards, best practices, and reusable design patterns.
+ Own end-to-end delivery of UI features from concept through production deployment.
+ Collaborate with Product Owners, UX Designers, Architects, QA, DevOps, and backend engineers to design scalable, maintainable, and high-performing solutions.
+ Lead technical design discussions, estimate work, identify risks, and provide implementation guidance during sprint planning.
