Lead UAT QA Analyst - Offshore Coordination & Readiness

Mortgage Cadence is seeking a Lead QA Analyst focused on UAT and implementation support, not traditional manual testing. This hands-on leadership role owns end-to-end UAT planning, coordinates offshore QA teams, and drives defect triage and resolution to ensure go-live readiness.

The ideal candidate will act as a quality gate for business workflows, identify implementation risks, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
