Lead Test Engineer — IST & NPI Strategy

Hyve Solutions in Singapore is looking for a Technical Lead to manage testing functions, drive test strategy, and resolve complex technical issues. You will develop Test Process Instructions and train team members while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in testing or manufacturing. Experience in electronics or fast-paced environments is preferred.
